Exhibition in the art center “Fire Station” in Doha as part of the Russia-Qatar 2018 Cross Year of Culture.

The unique exhibition project, organized by the Tretyakov Gallery in Doha with the support of Qatar Museums Authority, offers a special look at the history of Russian art. The exhibition presents for the first time the art of the masters of Russian avant-garde’s second wave, which until the mid-1980s remained in the rank of “unofficial” in comparison with the works of their great predecessors — Kazimir Malevich, Vladimir Tatlin, Alexander Rodchenko, Mikhail Matyushin and others.
